- To always be able to speak to your attorney – While our clients often speak to staff members, the attorneys are always first in line to talk to their clients. Granted, sometimes our attorneys get stuck out of the office in depositions or mediations, but your call will always be returned in a reasonable time frame. Our rule is as long as the attorney is in the office, you will get a call back the same day. If they are out of the office on business, you will be advised as to when you can expect a return call.
- To always to be treated with respect – We represent people from all walks of life and we firmly believe that everyone is entitled to a high degree of respect. You will always be treated kindly and courteously by our attorneys and staff.
- To have an advocate fight for your rights – We believe in fighting for your rights to the fullest extent allowed by the law. We will never sell you short to the insurance company. We will always operate in your best interests.
- To have honest advice – We are up front and shoot straight with our clients. We believe that you cannot possibly make good decisions without honest advice from us. That includes both the good, the bad and the ugly. We pride ourselves that client’s know we provide a direct, honest and realistic assessment of their case. We will make sure you understand all legal aspects of your claim. and have every opportunity to discuss your options before you make your decisions.
