Social Security

Social Security Disability is an insurance system designed by the Social Security Act to help workers who have suffered from a disability. If you are unable to work due to a disease or injury, you may be eligible for Social Security Disability benefits regardless of your age. In general, you can get benefits if you are unable to work for a year or more due to physical or mental disability.  Many times the Social Security Administration will deny claimants who are truly disabled and force them into an appeals process.  An experienced social security attorney can help you apply for your benefits and represent you throughout the entire process.   If you or a loved one has been improperly denied Social Security benefits, contact our firm to see if we can be of help.
