Several months ago, I was involved in an unfortunate incident where I was injured to the point that required surgery. At first, I wasn’t going to do anything about it. But later, when I had missed so much time from work, and began stacking up medical bills, I started thinking, “I can’t do this alone.” I decided to contact an attorney, but which one? I had no idea. I had never done this before. After praying about it, Leone Noble & Seate just keep showing up in front of me. I heard their name in conversation, saw an advertisement on TV, I even saw a photo taken in a friend’s living room and Leone Noble & Seate is showing on the television in the background. I went to their website and read about some of the staff. That convinced me that they were based on honest and sincere values. So, I called Leone Noble & Seate. I talked with a real person. I was not switched back and forth between extensions, I spoke with a very friendly and helpful person, not a machine. I explained what I was going through and what I wanted to do, and they took it from there. Mike Rothrock handled my case and explained everything to me every step of the way. Dear Staff of Leone Noble and Seate,
I would like to take a few minutes to just say “Thank You” for being there for me in a time of need. Three years ago, I was making a routine trip to the store that was less than a mile from my home; I was hit on the driver’s side of my vehicle as I turned back into my subdivision. I guess it is true what they sway that most accidents occur within 5 miles of home. I will never forget that day because it changed the way I view accidents. Within 24 hours, I was receiving phone calls and letters from attorneys all over the state. It never even dawned on me that I would need an attorney. I assumed that the process would be simple enough that I could handle it myself and settle with the other person’s insurance company.
Boy, was I wrong! The offers that they made were adding insult to injury. My medical bills were mounting and nobody was paying them. After several attempts to rectify the situation with them, I finally came to the conclusion that I couldn’t do it on my own and be treated fairly. After seeing a commercial on t.v., I felt that your firm was one that was reputable and would be the right ones to call. I did – and it was the best decision I could have made. After meeting with an attorney and going through mediations, etc. and hearing offers that were just unacceptable, I began to give up hope and wonder if it was all worth the trouble. Then, I received a letter that a new attorney was assigned to my case – Carridy Bender. I was apprehensive to begin with, thinking that this was all in vain. When I first met Carridy, my first impression was that she was too young and couldn’t possibly know all the laws yet.
Boy was I wrong again! After a few meetings and phone calls with Carridy, I knew that she was the right one for me. She was totally above and beyond what you would expect from an attorney. She made me feel as though my case was the most important case she has ever had and she truly handled everything with the utmost of care and professionalism. She won my case for me and I would refer anyone to her. I feel that she is well on her way to becoming a top-notch lawyer and I am grateful that she represented me!
