Partner Jennifer Seate and litigation attorney Mike Rothrock have authored a new eBook for attorneys entitled MIST Cases: Maximize Your Client’s Recovery without Litigation. Automobile accidents with minimal impact soft tissue (MIST) damages are often rejected by personal injury attorneys because the cases are perceived as difficult with tough negotiations that result in low offers. However, in their book Seate and Rothrock offer straightforward advice and practical tools to help attorneys manage clients, gather evidence, and present a persuasive demand to the insurance carrier.
