National Seat Check Saturday

Just a quick reminder that September 16-22, 2012 is Child Passenger Safety Week/ National Seat Check Saturday.  Sadly, car crashes are the number one killer of children in the United States, ages 1-12.  There is a tremendous amount of good information on the web to help you choose the right safety seat for your child.  I’ve listed some good links below.

This Saturday, you can have your child seat inspected for safety and proper installation.  There are dozens of sites around the Triangle.  Find a convenient child car seat inspection station here.  If you can’t make it out Saturday, here is a list of permanent checking stations around Wake County.  And if you live outside of Wake County, here is where you can find a permanent station in your neck of the woods.

Safe driving to all.  Let’s keep our kids safe!!!!
